New Artist Submission Requirements
Gallery Soco is constantly seeking new talent. Our Review Committee meets three to four times a year and is interested in seeing work that is innovative and accomplished. If you believe your work offers a different direction and is ready for representation, please use the following guidelines to submit your portfolio for review:
SEND A PORTFOLIO INCLUDING:
1) 10 or more slides or photographs of recent work, please include the title, size and medium of each piece.
(You may also submit images on CD, but please do not send PowerPoint presentations.)
2) your artist's statement
3) a current biography
4) your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address
5) a self addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) for return of slides or photos
PLEASE NOTE:
1) Original pieces cannot be accepted.
2) We do not take drop off submissions.
3) If using regular mail, please do NOT use envelopes wider than 10 inches.
4) If using regular mail, please do NOT use Signature Confirmation.
